Job Title: Workday Compensation Analyst (HRIS)

Location: Onsite Altamonte Springs, FL - LOCALS

Job Type: Contract 9-12 months

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Compensation Administration:

  • Manage and maintain compensation data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support testing of Workday compensation configuration and business processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for Workday compensation-related inquiries
  • Has workday HCM HR configuration

  • Has Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience
  • Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures

Job Summary: The Workday Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our compensation programs within the Workday system. This role involves conducting data-driven analysis, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring the effective administration of compensation policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analytics and Workday functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HRIS management, or a related HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday (compensation module experience preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualization).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
