Computer Information System Manager Remote Jobs in Massachusetts

Location: Remote- Open to consider candidates in any US locations. Candidates must be open to travel from time to time to the corporate office in Waltham, MA or to other locations. 

Position Summary

The Senior Global Marketing Manager drives the commercial success and market adoption of Vizgen\'s product portfolio across North America, APAC, and EMEA through global marketing strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and brand management. This role serves as a strategic bridge between customers, commercial teams, product management, and executive leadership to ensure products are effectively positioned, marketed, and promoted to meet evolving market needs.

The successful candidate will execute integrated marketing programs, drive demand generation, develop compelling scientific and commercial content, support product launches, and manage external vendors and contractors, with the opportunity to lead a small marketing team.

This position reports to the Global Marketing Leader and works closely with the Director of Product Management & Commercial Enablement to ensure marketing initiatives align with product strategy, customer needs, and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution, Product Marketing & Demand Generation

• Manage integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation initiatives and improve lead quality and marketing-qualified lead (MQL) to sales-qualified lead (SQL) conversion rates.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans across digital, email, social media, webinars, events, and trade shows to support product launches and ongoing commercial initiatives.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, sales presentations, product datasheets, battle cards, white papers, application notes, and customer-facing content.
• Track campaign performance using demand generation metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and execute conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, and customer events.
• Partner closely with Regional Sales and Inside Sales teams to support sales enablement initiatives and regional marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management & Commercial Enablement to ensure marketing campaigns accurately reflect current product positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management & Commercial Enablement to develop product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that clearly communicate customer benefits and differentiate Vizgen\'s solutions in the marketplace.
• Partner with Product Management and Commercial teams to support product launches by creating go-to-market plans, launch materials, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement resources.

Team & Vendor Management

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to contractors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with marketing objectives.
• Source, onboard, brief, and manage external creative, digital, and marketing agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Review and approve marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, scientific integrity, and brand compliance before external publication.

Budget Management

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Finance & Business Operations and Global Marketing Leader to maintain accurate marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support annual budget planning and monthly and quarterly budget reconciliation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
• Manage vendor and agency expenditures within approved budget guidelines.

Brand & Corporate Communications

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer-facing communications and marketing channels.
• Develop scientific and corporate content that strengthens Vizgen\'s brand awareness, thought leadership, and market credibility in partnership with executive leadership and external resources as needed.
• Support customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, reference programs, and success stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Four to six years of experience executing global marketing programs within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, diagnostics, or scientific tools industry.
• Experience supporting product marketing, product launches, or go-to-market initiatives preferred.
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, or direct reports preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to execution.
