Job description

The Master Data Coordinator will be responsible for owning the master data processes to support both drug substance and drug product manufacturing
in our new large-scale manufacturing FujiFilm Diosynth Biomanufacturing facility in Holly Springs, NC. This role will be responsible for all master data into
the SAP S4/ Hana ERP system. This candidate will report into Supply Chain but will be supporting the site working closely with Manufacturing, Quality,
Process Sciences, Finance, Warehouse, and additionally collaborating with a global FDB network for master data. Responsibilities include designing,
developing, and maintaining SAP master data for commercial operations. The candidate will be creating, maintaining and phasing out master data in SAP
throughout the life cycle of a product to support the key processes. These include but are not limited to new product launches, compliant product
changes, introduction of new manufacturing resources and accurate phase out of products. It is essential this candidate collaborates with internal
customers for effective and efficient results for aggressive timelines. The Master Data Coordinator will be leading and/or participating in many cross
functional assignments and working independently to support and deliver master data needs for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Execute SAP system changes for materials and production processes
• Create and maintain Master data setup for Raw Material, Drug Substance and Drug Product
• Work in multiple functions and participate in projects/initiatives for SAP support
• Ensure data integrity and compliance for SAP data
• Manages, analyzes, revises, and resolves issues for master data
• Manage and own actions for change controls to implement or revise master data for Drug Substance and Drug Product
• Create and lead change request for new material enrollment and material changes in through the change management system
• Perform mass updates and complete data cleansing as needed.
• Support training and communication of functional master data governance including standards, definitions, processes, policies and tools to team
members and stakeholders
• Assist with continuous improvement of data management, resolve master data issues, link master data between systems and ensure quality,
compliance and consistency of master data.
• Promote and support the use of accurate and reliable information across the company to enable optimal decision making.
• Work closely with various business functional teams to resolve master data issues as needed while ensuring compliance and consistency of master
data across business systems.
