We're looking for a talented Senior Detailer, CAD to join our team and play a key role in bringing custom exhibits, trade show experiences, and event environments to life.

In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to convert creative concepts into precise, production-ready drawings that drive fabrication, installation, and successful project delivery. What You'll Do

As a Senior Detailer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that innovative concepts become buildable, efficient, and visually impactful experiences.

  • Partner closely with 3D Exhibit Designers to ensure designs are both visually compelling and structurally sound
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed, production-ready CAD drawings for fabrication, procurement, and installation
  • Develop comprehensive drawing packages including dimensions, material specifications, assembly details, exploded isometric views, and installation instructions
  • Specify materials, hardware, lighting, and electrical components that align with project goals and client expectations
  • Prepare AutoCAD layouts for CAM processing and manufacturing workflows
  • Provide technical expertise and accurate documentation to support procurement, sales, and production teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Creative, and Production teams to drive seamless project execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, build quality, efficiency, and overall project outcomes
  • Solve complex design and fabrication challenges with innovative, practical solutions
What You'll Bring

We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who combines technical excellence with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Production Detailer within exhibit fabrication, custom fabrication, millwork, retail environments, or a related industry
  • 4–5 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, including experience working in 3D environments
  • Strong understanding of design principles, structural mechanics, and fabrication processes
  • Proven experience creating highly detailed, production-ready technical drawings
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop production schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Advanced PC-based computer proficiency
  • Confidence presenting technical recommendations and creative solutions to internal teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CNC programming and CAM software
  • Knowledge of exhibit, tradeshow, retail, experiential marketing, or custom fabrication environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, materials, and production best practices
