Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Help Desk professional to provide first-tier technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting basic computer operations and escalating unresolved issues while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide first-tier basic technical support to end users on issues of basic computer operations, including password reset, ticket escalation, basic troubleshooting and error messages.
โ€ข Identify, research, and resolve basic technical problems in a Windows environment.
โ€ข Document and track requests via Service Now for assistance and escalate unresolved issues to higher level of support in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 7-10 Years of experience
โ€ข Provide first-tier basic technical support to end users on issues of basic computer operations, including password reset, ticket escalation, basic troubleshooting and error messages
โ€ข Ability to identify, research, and resolve basic technical problems in a Windows environment
โ€ข Acceptable customer service skills
โ€ข Ability to document and track request via Service Now for assistance
โ€ข Escalate unresolved issues to higher level of support in accordance with policies and procedures
โ€ข Basic experience with Windows
โ€ข Hands-on experience with MS Office Applications, Edge and Outlook
โ€ข Basic experience with Dell & Client laptops and desktop computers
โ€ข Ability to learn and work within Active Directory user, group and computer accounts
โ€ข Ability to learn basic troubleshooting and support of PC hardware and peripherals, such as printers
