Job description

Position info:
Assists with oversight and continual operation of Shangri-La's computer systems. Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action. Installs hardware and software to individual PC's and network, and continually provides and maintains needed upgrades to systems.
Status: Full Time 40 Hours
Location: Salem
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting wage: $26.99 an hour
Wage Scale: $26.99 - $32.51
Reports to: IT Manager

Education/Experience:
High School diploma with one-year experience or equivalent training and certification in network administration, computer hardware and software including Windows 10/11, Windows Server architecture, Mac OS and VPN. Knowledge of past, current and projected Windows software applications.
Skill & Effort:
Requires regular communication inside and outside the organization to convey and gather information. Must be able to initiate and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
