Title: Information Technology Intern

Reports to: VP, Information Technology
Summary: The Information Technology Intern will work with the Information Technology team to support daily operations while gaining hands-on experience with the help desk support, computer hardware, software, cybersecurity, and banking technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic help desk requests under staff supervision.
- Prepare, image, and configure computers and other technology equipment for employee use.
- Install approved software, updates, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and technology assets.
- Assist with password resets and user account support following bank procedures.
- Organize IT equipment, cables, and technical documentation.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality of bank and customer information.
- Assist with technology projects, system upgrades, and workstation deployments.
- Provide administrative support to the Information Technology department as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Current high school student enrolled in a fifth-year Career Technical Education (CTE).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow bank security policies.
- Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.
