Mesa Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an engineering intern to assist with Substation Engineering & Design projects for its Knoxville, TN office. The ideal candidate will be a Junior or Senior Level Student at an Accredited University and working towards a BS in Engineering. The individual would be working with other experienced engineers and/or designers in creating electrical drawing deliverables for substation construction projects.

Additional responsibilities are:

  • Works under the direction of project managers/senior engineers.
  • Assist in the preparation of detail drawings of substation wiring, electrical components, and assemblies using manual or Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment.
