Job Overview:
Pay Range: $24/hr - $25/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Actively monitoring and working on tickets submitted in the JIRA ticketing system.
- Installing, setting up, and configuring new hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Documenting technical problems, resolutions, and user guides for future reference.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills to identify root causes of problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Patience, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize requests, and maintain detailed records.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
