Job description

Roll Finishing Operator- 3rd Shift
Blue Ash, OH
Full-Time | 3rd Shift (S-TH; 9:30pm-6am)
Now Hiring – No Experience Required!
Graphic Village is looking for a Roll Finishing Operator to join our growing team! If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’ll train you. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a career in the printing industry with a company that promotes from within and invests in employee development.

What You’ll Do
  • Support printing and mailing production
  • Set up and operate roll finishing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine efficiency issues
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance
  • Stack finished products on pallets
  • Inspect materials for quality
  • Count and package items for shipment
  • Fold cartons and assist with hand assembly
  • Keep your work area clean and safe
  • Operate Clamp Truck to move large paper rolls (internal training certification, no cost)
