Job description
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a PC Support Specialist in our Tallahassee office. This position is non-remote, with some travel required. Primary duties include providing end-user support for computer hardware and peripherals, as well as supporting standard firm productivity software.
The position requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a PC Support (or similar) role within a professional office environment. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving problems with desktop and laptop hardware, mobile devices, applications, network connectivity, printers, videoconferencing equipment, and other technical equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required, as is a strong sense of professionalism and initiative. The candidate must be customer service-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize requests to complete tasks on time. Must have expert-level knowledge of the Windows operating system and a solid working knowledge of networking, hardware, and printer support. Experience with law firm applications, such as iManage Work10 and Aderant Expert, is a plus, but not required.
