Computer forensics professionals often encounter challenges such as dealing with encrypted data, rapidly evolving technology, and maintaining the integrity of digital evidence. Staying current with emerging tools and techniques is crucial, as is meticulous documentation to ensure evidence is admissible in court. Collaboration with law enforcement, legal teams, and IT departments is also essential to overcome technical hurdles and ensure a thorough investigation.

What is computer forensics?

Computer forensics, also known as digital forensics, is the practice of collecting, analyzing, and preserving digital evidence from computers and other electronic devices. Professionals in this field investigate cybercrimes, recover lost data, and provide evidence for legal cases involving digital information. They use specialized tools and techniques to ensure that the evidence remains authentic and admissible in court. Computer forensics experts often work with law enforcement, government agencies, or private companies to uncover digital footprints and solve technology-related crimes.

Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...

The Senior Manager will lead advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven transformation initiatives across the Supplier to Serve (STS) and Finance Operations ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions that reduce financial leakage, automate dispute and claims processes, and improve end‑to‑end supplier payment accuracy.
The ideal candidate blends strong business acumen, hands-on analytics and automation skills, and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using modern AI, GenAI, and “vibe‑coding” techniques in partnership with technology and operations teams. What You’ll Do:
Automation, AI & GenAI Enablement
  • Lead automation initiatives across disputes, claims, invoice exceptions, and supplier reconciliation using AI, GenAI, and rule-based automation
  • Rapidly prototype solutions using vibe coding / low‑friction development approaches (Python, SQL, notebooks, GenAI-assisted coding, prompt-driven workflows)
  • Design and deploy AI-assisted decisioning for root cause identification, claim validation, and exception classification
  • Partner with Tech, Genpact, and internal automation teams to move prototypes into scalable production solutions

Advanced Analytics & Data Science
  • Lead enterprise‑scale analytics and data science programs across Supplier to Serve and retail finance operations
  • Develop predictive, diagnostic, and forensic analytics to identify leakage, systemic defects, and control gaps
  • Build reusable analytics frameworks and dashboards using SQL, Python, Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud platforms
  • Drive anomaly detection and trend monitoring across AP, claims, shortages, and carrier collections

Retail, Supply Chain & Financial Forensics
  • Perform forensic analysis of high‑value disputes, shortages, and claims to determine true root cause
  • Analyze physical and financial flow of goods across suppliers, DCs, carriers, and stores
  • Partner with US and global teams to recover funds, prevent repeat issues, and improve upstream controls

Process Transformation & Governance
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation and AI-driven workflows
  • Establish governance, controls, and success metrics for automated and AI-enabled processes
  • Support policy, audit, and compliance requirements through transparent and explainable analytics

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and automation team
  • Translate complex analytics and AI outcomes into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, and external partners
  • Drive adoption of new tools, capabilities, and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
Core Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, automation, or finance transformation, with leadership responsibility
  • Proven ability to build and scale automation and AI-enabled solutions, not just analyze data
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity

AI, Automation & Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SQL and Python
    • GenAI tools and AI-assisted development (prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, vibe coding)
    • Analytics platforms such as Dataiku, notebooks, and cloud data environments
  • Experience automating workflows across disputes, claims, reconciliations, or exception management
  • Familiarity with big data concepts (Spark, Hadoop) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Business & Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of retail, supply chain, and finance operations
  • Knowledge of AP, claims, shortages, carrier collections, or supplier reconciliation preferred
  • Ability to connect analytics and AI solutions directly to business outcomes

Leadership & Communication
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly explain AI and automation outcomes to non-technical audiences
  • Strong execution discipline with a bias toward action and results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Retail or supply chain experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in automation, AI, or process transformation is a strong plus
Why This Role
This role sits at the intersection of finance, supply chain, analytics, and AI, with direct ownership of building scalable solutions that materially reduce manual effort, improve payment accuracy, and unlock capacity across Supplier to Serve operations.
