The Electrical Commissioning Engineering Leader 1 provides strategic direction and direct oversight of the full project lifecycle from planning through execution. This role is instrumental in advancing organizational goals through leadership, innovation, and the development of industry-leading engineering practices.

    • Provide solutions to complex technical challenges and drive innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry-leading safety and quality standards.
    • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations through detailed reporting.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate engineering strategies with organizational goals.
    • Manage, mentor and develop engineering talent across the organization.
    • Drive the continuous advancement of commissioning methodologies.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years experience, or a master's in engineering with a 5+ years of experience.
  • Electrical Engineering degree preferred but other Engineering disciplines may be accepted by CX management.
  • Infraspection Level 2 required.
  • AVO Medium Voltage Cable Testing and Diagnostics required.
  • AVO Advanced Protectice Relay Maintenance Technician required.

Abilities:
  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
