Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Systems Manager - Networking, you will lead operations for multiple OT operational technology workloads, including Business Intelligence, Data, Transactional Systems, Automation Systems, and Web Applications. Acting as the OT Operations Leader for your site, you will work with the Site GBS IT/OT Leader and site Cyber Security Leader, administer OT operations within your area of responsibility, which may include partial or full site coverage.
Collaboration is key in this role; you'll have the opportunity to work closely with local Power, Controls, and Information Systems resources to support IT components in the OT space, interact with various Product Supply functions such as Cybersecurity leaders for OT security, and engage with GBS functions like Regulatory Sector Operations to drive operational excellence and resiliency.
Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Lead technical incidents to resolution and collaborate with relevant teams to address complex issues. Cybersecurity Incident Response.
  • Technical Mastery: Troubleshoot issues related to applications, computing, and networking.
  • Change Management/Implementation: Oversee OT change management for your site, ensuring quality execution of changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT/OT operations.
  • End-to-End OT Operations for the Site: Oversee all OT operations, ensuring alignment with site priorities and global GBS focus areas.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain always-on ICS Network Management and infrastructure. ICS Network Troubleshooting.
  • Systemic Remediation of OT Issues: Address OT issues identified by GIA (System Health Check/Audits). Systems Enrollment & Compliance. Standards, Policy, & Procedure Documentation.
  • IT Continuity Planning: Develop strategies to avoid unplanned downtime.
  • IT Compliance and Cybersecurity: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity vulnerabilities and information security standards.
  • Installation of operating systems (Windows and Linux variants) on virtual environments

Job Qualifications
Required:
  • Experience with advanced Network topologies, configuration, and defensive strategies and implementations
  • Familiarity with VMware and virtualization technologies
  • Ability to analyze various logs and crash/dump outputs for root cause
  • Teamplay who demonstrates cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
  • Proven track record of identifying, defining, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance team collaboration, foster a strong organizational culture, and advance effective IT practices.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Mehoopany, PA.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior manufacturing experience, specifically with PC&IS
