Position Summary

The Innovation & Strategic Initiatives Intern will play a key role in supporting cross-functional projects that accelerate Jet Aviation's transformation agenda. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in business analytics, data science, computer science, or related fields who are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with innovation leaders and business stakeholders, contributing to high-visibility initiatives that shape the future of our U.S. operations.
- Location: West Palm Beach, FL and Teterboro, NJ preferred for local support and mentorship
- Schedule: 10-12 week internship, 20-30 hours per week, starting mid-June (exact dates flexible based on candidate availability).
- Compensation: $20-$23 per hour
- On-site presence required
Your Profile
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling presentations.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and workshop facilitation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Your Role
  • KPI & Dashboard Development: You will help track process improvements and time savings resulting from cross-functional continuous improvement workshops, consolidating data into a central repository and building visual dashboards to communicate impact.
  • U.S. Roadshow Logistics: Coordinate the "Technology Innovation" roadshow across key locations (Teterboro, South Florida, Scottsdale and Burbank). This includes managing travel logistics, collaborating with global subject matter experts on structuring workshop programming, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Innovation Storytelling: Support the visualization of the innovation function's value proposition and business plan through high-level presentations and creative communication materials.
  • Strategic One-Pagers: Synthesize 2026 strategies for each U.S. line of business (FBO, Aircraft Management, Staffing) into concise, actionable reference documents for leadership.
  • Project Administration: Provide hands-on support for cutting-edge projects, such as the MRO drone initiative and new vendor onboarding, ensuring timely execution and effective stakeholder engagement.
