Scheduling: 10-20 hours per week.

- Create graphics for the Student Success and affinity groups, following UVA Athletics branding guidelines for external and internal communications
- Utilize photo editing and graphic design software to provide a consistent style of digital advertising
- Assist with technical and administrative support outreach for academic, leadership, community and career development initiatives
- Assist with creative process to advertise upcoming events, including signature initiatives such as affinity groups events, career initiatives, Hoos Choice Awards, and learning academies
- Work collaboratively with athletics staff to support student success workflow
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, ACC, and UVA Honor Code regulations
- Maintain detailed records on student-athlete interests progress
- Other duties as assigned
