ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, furniture, flooring, and HVAC-related tasks.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance work orders.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs to support hotel operations and protect hotel assets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of engineering workspaces, tools, and equipment.
  • Support meeting room setups, special events, and other operational needs as required.
  • Assist with exterior property maintenance and other duties assigned by Engineering leadership.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
