Job Summary

The Engineering Technician supports engineers by developing and testing solutions for technical issues related to computer repair. The role involves research and development, quality testing, data analysis, SQL/database work, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test technical solutions for computer repair issues.
  • Assist engineers with research, testing, and data collection.
  • Perform quality control testing, assembly, and maintenance.
  • Analyze system requirements and implement improvements.
  • Use SQL and databases to support analysis and reporting.
  • Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, customers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
