Job Summary
We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team! This is not a remote position.  As a CAD Drafter you will be working closely with other drafters as well as design teams to draft drawings in AutoCAD to specifications that are detailed, accurate, and visually appealing. You will follow company CAD guidelines for all processes, including naming conventions, data storage, and layout standards. The ideal candidate has experience with AutoCAD or engineering, excellent communication skills, and works well within a team environment.  

Responsibilities 
  • Take given specifications and draft accurate, attractive drawings in AutoCAD
  • Work closely with other members of the drafting team as well as design partners to verify accuracy and details
  • Follow all company guidelines for best practices
  • Track all time spent on projects accurately
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
