BOOST serves thousands of clinics across the country by helping providers protect and maximize reimbursement on Workers' Compensation and Auto claims through innovative technology, automation, and operational expertise.


Role Overview

This is anentry-level technical and analytical roledesigned for someone who is highly curious, systems-oriented, and comfortable working with data.


Youll support reporting, system improvements, workflow optimization, and platform operations while learning Boost from start to finish. Over time, this role has aclear growth pathinto managing and optimizing the Boost platform.


This is not a passive role. Youll be expected to think, ask questions, and help make things better.


Responsibilities

Technology & Systems

  • Assist withSalesforce workflow improvements and automation

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintainreports and dashboardsfor leadership, sales, and marketing
  • Pull and analyze data to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis

Boost Platform Operations

  • Learn the Boost processend-to-end
  • Support day-to-day platform operations
  • Help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Participate in improving workflows as the company scales

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Help design and implement improved workflows
  • Support special projects related to automation, data, and optimization
  • Help maintain and improve system efficiency and reliability
  • SupportEDI processes, learning how electronic data flows through the platform and how to optimize it
  • Document and improve internal technical processes


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or graduating soon) in:
