Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software/Process Engineer IV to join a leading financial services organization's Technology team. In this role, you will oversee the development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications and systems. You will play a key role in designing technology solutions, optimizing system performance, resolving technical challenges, and mentoring junior engineers.
This position requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, installation, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Monitor system applications and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and business system issues.
  • Install, configure, and test software to detect and address malfunctions.
  • Conduct system analysis to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system functionality and performance.
  • Provide recommendations to management regarding processes, technologies, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and test system performance to ensure stability and scalability.
