The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Innovation and Digital Transformation Engineer or Computer Scientist; Electronics Engineer (NH-0855-03), Computer Scientist (NH-1550-03), or Computer Engineer (NH-0854-03) may be selected for this position to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) in Robins AFB, GA.

Qualifications/Requirements:
In this position you will serve as the Innovation and Digital Transformation Engineer. The primary responsibilities are centered around digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on software and systems engineering. The incumbent will serve as an expert in Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML), Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML), leading Systems Engineering for Automatic Test Equipment. Conducting test and evaluation efforts, performing engineering obsolescence management, and conducting market research and technical evaluations.

Key Duties:
Working with Automatic Test Equipment
Focusing on the engineering of systems to ensure they are sustainable over their lifecycle
Conducting tests and evaluation of systems
KSAs:
Expertise in Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) is highly desired
Experience in Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML) with regards to digital transformation efforts
Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts
Familiarity with system modeling tools like Cameo
Experience in developing Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) schemas, ensuring alignment with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) standards (e.g., IEEE 1671 family).
Familiarity with Test Program Set (TPS) software development
