Scope:

  • The Product Engineering Co-op will work for 21 weeks to help implement advanced product, including, but not limited to, specific process integration. Duties include tooling of assigned product, monitoring overall process performance, and developing solutions to a broad range of technical issues. The Product Engineering Co-op will collaborate across the organization on efforts involving design for manufacturability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in a team to implement advanced product engineering
  • Collaborate with manager to identify best methods for tooling
  • Utilize a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices to achieve yield targets
  • Initiate and/or update documentation of procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides
  • Provide regular (weekly) updates to manager and Pre-Production department
  • Compare existing manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose appropriate improvements
  • Suggest capital project efforts to resolve technology capability issues
  • Participate in internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques to meet customer needs

  • Summer Co-op requires a current college sophomore/rising junior earning Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree

  • Fall Co-op requires a current college junior earning Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree
  • Work experience and/or extracurricular activities in leadership roles and/or in team environments

Compensation:


Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
