Charter One works with schools across the country to provide all-inclusive education management services. We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly.


American Leadership Academy - Spanish Fork is currently accepting applications for a Receptionist for the 2026-2027 school year for our campus located in Spanish Fork, UT. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Front Office & Community Welcome: Serve as the primary, welcoming point of contact for the elementary front office; answer calls, greet visitors, and assist parents, students, and staff in both English and Spanish.
  • Bilingual Communication & Partnering: Cultivate strong relationships with families by translating school newsletters, announcements, forms, and daily correspondence, as well as providing real-time translation support for parent-teacher interactions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist elementary school administrators with daily operational workflows, scheduling, meeting coordination, and specialized paperwork.
  • Student Data Management: Accurately maintain and track student attendance records, registration information, and school files using computer databases and spreadsheets.
