American Leadership Academy - Spanish Fork is now accepting applications for an EdNet Facilitator for the 2026-2027 academic year for our campus located in Spanish Fork, UT. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Student Advising & Pathway Guidance: Advise students on college and career pathways, guiding concurrent/dual-enrollment students through program requirements, credit transfers, and post-secondary educational options.
• Technology & Broadcast Operations: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot two-way video conferencing systems, computer lab hardware, and distance learning software during live broadcasts.
• Instructional & Classroom Support: Assist teachers with remote classroom management, coordinate digital curricula with partner colleges and receiving schools, and help student’s access online course materials, log in to platforms, and complete assignments.
• Student Assessment & Supervision: Manage classroom behavior during broadcast sessions, monitor and administer exams, evaluate student progress, and grade assigned coursework as needed.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Track student attendance and participation, maintain digital records, and submit accurate final grades and reports according to district and university guidelines.
• Equipment & System Maintenance: Inventory hardware and software, perform routine checks on classroom telecommunications equipment, and report technical issues to IT staff or district offices promptly.
• Program Communication: Act as the primary liaison for distance learning updates between teachers, school administrators, IT personnel, and external partner institutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Patience & Problem-Solving: Ability to assist users with varying technical skill levels and maintain a calm, supportive remote learning environment.

Required Qualifications: 

• Pass applicable background check

• Utah Teaching Certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or related field
