Position Description
To serve as the liaison between the compliance department, IT and business processes. Administer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, policies and procedure document repository, and Learning Management system. Develop and mature the reporting capabilities of each system, implementing integrations and timely reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a liaison and provides support between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication in utilizing technologies for compliance processes.
  • Administers and maintains the LMS, GRC platform, document repository, and Microsoft applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Performs data analysis to support business decision-making and identifies trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reports using Power-BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilizes the PowerApps Suite to create custom applications that streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement technology initiatives.
  • Provides training and support to end-users on the LMS, GRC platform, policies and procedures document repository, Power-BI, and PowerApps.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS, GRC, and Policy and Procedure technology by collaborating with various departments, maintaining the application quality, version control, and archival information.
  • Serves as the liaison between the company and technology vendors, coordinating support and troubleshooting for customer-specific strategies.
  • Identifies, escalates, and resolves technical issues in a timely manner, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Proactively explores innovative technologies and solutions to enhance the company's technological infrastructure.
  • Contributes to strategic planning and initiatives aimed at improving technology integration and educational outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the company to develop and coordinate one-on-one and group training sessions to educate staff on implementations and new tools.
  • Reviews and creates user guidelines and standard operating procedures for supported hardware infrastructure and applications.
  • Supports the business by mapping business scenarios to the technical foundation, understanding and translating customer priorities and desired outcomes, orchestrating resources and leveraging technical acumen to enable our team to do business in new ways.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or related field and five years of experience in information technology. Coding and experience with utilizing code for reporting preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires business analyst experience identifying requirements and installing upgrades; knowledge in system administration and LTI integration and deployment preferred; experience with provisioning and documentation related to System Administration; customer service experience providing support to users ; proven experience in developing and deploying Power Apps solutions; hands-on experience in creating and managing workflows using Power Automate; strong understanding of the M365 suite, leveraging M365 tools to enhance productivity and collaboration within an organization; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.
