Summary
As a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center by handling physical media, managing data, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Media Management: Ship and receive data media, catalog and track media inventory, and maintain accurate records.
Reporting & Data Validation: Generate reports, track data movement, and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Billing: Create accurate invoices for data storage and related services.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard computer applications. Experience with database management software a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of experience handling physical media and data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Knowledge of the eDiscovery business is a preferred qualification.

The base Compensation range for this role will $16.00-18.00 an hourand will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
