LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Entry Specialist to join a fantastic team in Alpharetta for a wonderful healthcare organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on sales order entry and administrative support in a non-customer-facing capacity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to accurately manage high-volume data entry while collaborating with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that offers a great open, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete sales order entry within Oracle ERP
  • Utilize Microsoft Lists (similar to SharePoint) to manage internal ticketing workflows
  • Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Support administrative functions across the department
  • Non-customer-facing role (no phone work required)
