Job Summary:

The Data Analyst II role involves executing data analysis projects, building and maintaining dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business problems and opportunities, providing data-driven findings and recommendations.
• Gather and document analytics and reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, creation, maintenance, and rollout of dashboards, reports, and data tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand data needs and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to find answers to business performance questions.
• Prepare and present clear reports and analytical summaries for team and stakeholder review.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write complex queries independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools with hands-on dashboard development experience.
• Experience with marketing and sales analytics (media and attribution experience a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
