Job Description:

This position serves as a Contract Specialist for the Engineering Consultant.
 
The specific duties for this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Contract Knowledge
Reviewing and Approving Payment
Reports/Invoices
Accounting practices
Fundamentals of budget and expenditures
 
Computer knowledge including;
Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Adobe
Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
 
 
Required Skills
 
 
Experience with Contracts/Contract Knowledge
 
2+ Years of Accounting Experience
 
Experience reviewing and approving Payment reports/Invoices
 
Microsoft Office and Adobe Experience
