About the job

We are seeking a hands-on HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Consultant to continuously improve our client's HAM processes using ServiceNow HAM Pro.


  • You will analyze the business impacts of HAM Pro plug in to other modules in ServiceNow, understand the existing processes and workflows, and then design the new processes leveraging features and workflows in HAM Pro.
  • You will be the primary person managing the end user assets.
  • You will also work with technical teams to integrate with other data sources, enable governance and controls (both preventative and reactive).


This is a consulting role with one of Canada’s major banking clients, requiring 37.5 working hours per week.


Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in 4100 Gordon Baker Rd, Scarborough.


Required Qualifications

  • Champion the business implementation / enablement of ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise environments.
  • Be part of an end‑to‑end delivery of HAM Pro implementation (design → build → test → deploy → hypercare).
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro data model and workflows.
  • Understand HAM Pro impacts on other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM.
  • Strong knowledge with discovery and scanning tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Qualys.
  • Integration experience with procurement or finance systems (i.e., Coupa).
  • Experience in design and execute hardware reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing asset classes such as servers, network devices, end user devices.
  • Solid understanding of HAM lifecycle from ordering to disposal.
  • Demonstrated process design (lifecycle, RACI, SOPs) to meet and align with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Strong documentation and training skills.
  • Building dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with clear metrics and KPI orientation.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry (i.e. banking) is an asset.
  • HAM related certification is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
