Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Insurance Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who has the foundational knowledge of medical administration or basic finance and wants to gain hands-on, corporate experience.
In this role, you will focus on reviewing purchase order documentation, entering data into our systems, and sending out billing claim forms.
  • Document Review: Carefully review purchase order documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • System Data Entry: Input and update financial and insurance information accurately into our internal systems.
  • Claim Submission: Prepare and send out standard insurance billing claim forms.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic digital filing and cross-referencing data as needed.

Required Skills
  • Education/Experience: Medical Billing & Coding Certificate OR baseline AR experience.
  • Tech Skills: Strong computer proficiency and practical Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Data Entry: Fast, highly accurate typing with strict attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
