Your Responsibilities as a Contents Cleaning and Processing Technician
You'll be a key component of our team providing contents services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:
  • Photograph, identify, and inventory customer belongings using digital systems
  • Wrap, package, and label items for safe transport and storage
  • Clean, deodorize, and restore personal property (furniture, decor, household items, etc.)
  • Repackage, label, and prepare restored items for return to the customer
  • Maintain warehouse organization and accurate records
  • Assist with packing/unpacking (pack-outs and pack-backs)
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and teammates
  • Follow all safety, cleaning, and documentation protocols

How to be Successful as a Contents Cleaning and Processing Technician
As a Contents Cleaning & Processing Technician, you'll play a vital role in restoring customers' belongings after a fire, water, or smoke loss. You'll handle, clean, and organize personal property with care and attention to detail, ensuring quality results and customer satisfaction.
You'll work in our contents processing facility and occasionally on job sites with project managers and field technicians.
Your success as a Contents Cleaning and Processing Technician is entirely within your control.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer/tablet skills
  • Prior cleaning, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications (CPT, FSRT, OCT) a plus - we'll help you earn them!
  • Must be able to wear PPE and occasionally work after-hours for emergency calls
