Sr. Customer Care Associate – Home Health (Contract)

Location: Kailua, HI 96734
Contract Dates: May 11, 2026 – August 9, 2026 (13 weeks)
Pay: $1050/week


Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)

  • 40 hours per week

  • Onsite position


Position Summary & Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for Home Health patients and department

  • Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers

  • Assist with claims, referrals, and pre-certification processing

  • Verify eligibility and benefits for various health plans

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in system

  • Research and route claim issues for resolution


Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED preferred

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Minimum 2 years relevant administrative/customer service experience preferred

  • Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills required
