Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, provides entry-level (Tier 1) technical support, hardware triaging, and basic user assistance. Focuses primarily on the diagnosis and repair of student devices, fundamental physical connection troubleshooting, basic software usage guidance, and hardware hot-swaps. Escalates advanced technical issues, device imaging, and backend provisioning to higher-level technical staff. Performs routine record-keeping and other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience involving the basic maintenance, triaging, or repair of computer equipment is desired.
EDUCATION: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Coursework or hands-on experience in the basic use and repair of computers, tablets, and peripheral devices is preferred.
IF SELECTED THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: Fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $64 to the employee; Proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee's cost or a "Certificate of Completion" signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire; Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training dated after July 1, 2026.
