Salema Management is a well-established local Dunkin' franchisee group committed to employee growth and development. We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic team player to support our Main Office and assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns by phone or in writing.
  • Maintain employee records and office files.
  • Answer calls, forward messages, confirm orders, and provide updates.
  • Assist with reports, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Complete additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
