United Talent is immediately hiring an assistant manager for a restaurant in Logan WV! 
 
Job Duties: 
  • Assist in managing all daily restaurant operations. 
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members. 
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns. 
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees. 
  • Monitor labor costs and assist with staffing needs. 
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met. 
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant. 
  • Complete opening and closing procedures. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. 
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits, register counts, and reconciliation. 
  • Ensure compliance with health department regulations and food safety standards. 
  • Assist in achieving sales goals and controlling operational costs. 
  • Step into any position within the restaurant as needed to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. 
 
Pay and shift: Shift is flexible salary s 60k+ based on experience. 
 
Requirements:
  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. 
  • Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including working on short notice, overtime, extended shifts, and being on call to meet business demands. 
  • Reliable transportation is required. 
  • Reliable childcare is required. Attendance and schedule flexibility are essential functions of this position.
