CTG is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination, managing calendars, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leaders.
  • Screen and field incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing communications as appropriate.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Assist with travel planning, expense reporting, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information.
  • Support executive leadership with correspondence, presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience.
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling experience supporting multiple leaders.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $32.00/hour.
