Job Title: Receptionist / Office Assistant
Hours: 25 hours per week
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Automotive Telephone Receptionist to be the voice of our dealership. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, handle daily administrative tasks, and support our sales and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
  • Assist with the vehicle inventory process, including stocking in new and used vehicles.
  • Support the accounting department with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks as needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) dealership management software a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer software.
