Key Responsibilities: - Maintain occupancy levels at 97% or higher consistently. - Ensure timely collection of rents, addressing delinquent balances, and preparing necessary documentation for tenants. - File eviction notices, when necessary, due to non-payment or lease violations. - Supervise and hire maintenance personnel, ensuring the office, grounds, and buildings are well-kept at all times. - Interact with tenants daily, including conducting interviews for prospective tenants and maintaining accurate records according to corporate and legal guidelines.
