We are a small, family-centered memory care home dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for residents living with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia. Our intimate setting allows us to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families during one of lifes most important transitions.
Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant (30 hours per week) to assist with our outreach, family tours, and move-in process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with families, guiding them through decision-making, and representing a mission-driven care environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families
  • Conduct in-person and virtual tours of the memory care home
  • Build trust and rapport with families during the inquiry and decision process
  • Coordinate and manage the move-in process from acceptance through resident arrival
  • Maintain timely follow-up with leads and referral sources
  • Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior advisors, and community partners
  • Assist with marketing efforts such as events, outreach visits, and community presentations
  • Track inquiries, tours, and move-ins using basic CRM or tracking tools
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and care staff to ensure smooth transitions
