Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer position for our client.

Location:

Onsite in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Phoenix, AZ; or Salt Lake City, UT

Duration:

12 months

Duties:
  • Design, develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities across IRM, Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.
  • Configure and customize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance, risk, compliance, and business processes.
  • Build conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.
  • Establish AI guardrails aligned with organizational security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications across the ServiceNow platform using deep platform and configuration expertise.
  • Configure ServiceNow using platform-native capabilities whenever possible and develop reusable automation components following enterprise development standards.
  • Support new capabilities during implementations, as well as production enhancements, architectural changes, medium- to high-complexity upgrades, and major ServiceNow releases.
  • Support SDK and source-controlled development where appropriate.
  • Develop workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency, accelerate compliance activities, and enhance employee experiences.
  • Balance rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, privacy, business continuity, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow and AI solutions.
  • Explain AI capabilities, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex platform, workflow, and AI engineering challenges.

  • Experience establishing governance, security, compliance, and human-oversight controls for AI solutions is highly desirable.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may be considered.
