Pay rate: Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE)


Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Summary

Assemble and test fluid-flow equipment for heating & cooling and fire safety systems to specification while following all safety and company guidelines.

Job Duties:

  • Use drawings/wiring diagrams, hand tools, and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
  • Test assembled units for acceptance of engineering and customer specifications.
  • Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Uphold established production rates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with in at least one of these areas is required for training: pipefitting, welding, and/or electrical/conduit work.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.
  • Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to do basic computer tasks.
