Job Summary:
To answer and transfer incoming calls.
To assist visitors at the window.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all time, no matter the situation.

According to the Federal Student Aid Handbook, in general, students are not permitted to work in work study positions during schedule class time. Students who do not adhere to this policy will be subjected to discipline up to and including termination. 2. Transfer calls to correct department or person
