Job Overview

A growing dental laboratory is seeking an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Manager to lead and support its digital design team.

This role is ideal for a strong CAD/CAM professional who combines advanced technical knowledge with leadership, organization, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced dental lab environment. The right candidate will oversee digital design workflows, support quality standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and mentor CAD/CAM designers and digital team members

  • Proficiency with software and platforms such as 3Shape, Exocad, Meshmixer, desktop scanners, 3D printers, and/or CNC mills
  • Prior experience supervising, training, or managing a team preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, case design, and production standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support digital production needs
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage workflow in a busy lab environment
  • CDT certification is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
