ConexSmart's Engineering Technician is a dynamic team player who uses math and science to solve complex technical problems in the avionics industry. This position joins a team who enjoys developing new products, providing maintenance to current products, enhancing the use and design of existing products, and improving efficiencies across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • 7-10 years of field experience or a bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Experience:
  • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery is required.
  • Experience using CAD, data analysis programs, and related software is required.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.

Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of [include area of focus]

Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal skills; able to read, comprehend and create written and verbal instruction in the English language, is required.
  • High level of manual dexterity and detail orientation is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project requirements and company standards using simulations/modeling to support expansions and change.
