With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and last relationships with our dentists and their team members. We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized CAD/CAM Designer to join our Ward Dental Laboratory located in Brighton, Michigan.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD software program
  • Design dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, veneers, diagnostic wax ups, and Implants
  • Digital Model design
  • Electronic tracking of cases
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in 3Shape and/or Exocad designing software
  • Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
  • Excellent computer skills, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically communicate for corrections
  • Ability to read handwritten English ability to read and understand laboratory slips/laboratory terminology
  • Basic computer skills to effectively communicate through internal software systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to multitask, attention to detail
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Have a positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
