Industrial Truck License
Motor coordination, manual & finger dexterity
Tool & Die Journeymen's card or 8 yrs experience in trade
Job Preferences

Job Summary
To design, build, and repair extrusion dies that are capable of producing quality plastic parts.
Essential Job Functions
1. Design and build extrusion dies.
2. Repair extrusion dies, on and off line, when necessary.
3. Maintain and repair all tooling machines.
4. Inspect the first parts produced by each new extrusion die.
5. Troubleshoot all existing extrusion dies.
6. Inspect other toolmakers work.
7. Research and develop new tooling jobs, and produce prototype samples.
8. Complete all necessary paperwork, including weekly progress reports.
9. Operate a wire EDM and CNC milling machine.
