We are seeking a talented and well-rounded CAD/CAM Designer / Dental CAD Technician to join our state-of-the-art laboratory in Minnesota.This role is perfect for an advanced digital design expert who pairs a passion for clinical excellence with a natural ability to mentor others. If you are highly proficient in both 3Shape and Exocad and want to play a key role in shaping the future of our technical team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Design: Craft high-quality dental restorations using 3Shape and Exocad.
  • Complex Case Management: Oversee digital designs for anterior crowns/veneers, anterior implant restorations, full-arch/large bridge cases, and implant-supported prosthetics.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production teams to maintain strict functional and esthetic standards.
  • Workflow Optimization: Troubleshoot digital workflows and refine case designs.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior CAD/CAM technicians.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, new dental materials, and manufacturing technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated dental CAD/CAM design experience.
  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with 3Shape Dental System and Exocad.
  • Anatomy Expertise: Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
  • Material Knowledge: Familiarity with Zirconia, Layered Zirconia, E.max, PMMA, and implant components.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a natural leadership mindset.
