Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Survey CAD Technician to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Trimble Business Center. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of surveying projects and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Compute various types of surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
  • Set up staking files for field crews using CAD software.
  • Process mapping and scanning work to produce accurate survey deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to confirm accurate and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Assist with quality control checks to verify accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Associateโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with CAD platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, or Trimble Business Center is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
